Summer 2024
2024 has been an exciting year so far for MJY Fabrication! The team has taken on a number of big projects with amazing outcomes and we’d like to share some of them with you.
The first project is the complete redesign and build of the PNE Coaster Cars. This project is testament to the skills and abilities of our team. We had the privilege of a thrilling VIP ride on the wooden coaster and we were able to capture some footage for a promotional movie that is in the works.
Display Cases
We have also been hard at work providing highly custom display cases to our museum and gallery clients. We recently delivered a number of display cases as well as a custom base for a totem to the amazing team at the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria. Additionally, we have a large custom display case that is in the works for our new co-collaborators at the Tsleil-Waututh nation, with beautiful cedar and copper accents.
Brand Activations and Placemaking
At the beginning of the summer we installed two large placemaking activations envisioned by MASSIVart and managed by Charlemain Productions Ltd for Guildford and Brentwood Malls. These activations are bright, beautiful and interactive builds that our team takes pride in collaborating on. Finally we created a highly unique event booth with CRUEL marketing agency for Celsius (Pepsi Co) that we set-up at two consecutive music festival on Vancouver Island near Nanaimo. The western style booth was a perfect fit at the country music festival “Sun Fest” in August. Check out the pictures below.
