You are invited to participate in the 19th Annual Global Buyers Mission™ (GBM) – an invitation only trade event developed to bring together pre-qualified international buyers of wood products from around the world, with Canadian manufacturers of products that include finished materials, building supplies, mass-timber components and panels, remanufacturing products and service suppliers.

Once registration is complete, you will receive a link to the Exhibitor Resource Package, with information on the program, hotels and Whistler venues.

2022 Exhibitor Fees

BC Wood, WRCLA, CSSB or other BC Based Wood Products Association Member:
10 x 10 Perimeter or 10 X 8 inside booth space $ 1,850

Outside of BC Canadian Wood Products Association Member (AFPA, STEP, QWEB, MLB, WMCO, +):
10 x 10 Perimeter or 10 X 8 inside booth space – $ 2,475

Non-member:
10 x 10 Perimeter or 10 X 8 inside booth space – $ 3,325

Exhibit Registration Includes all the basics you need:

  • Basic electrical, pipe & drape, covered table & 2 chairs, carpet & Wi-Fi
  • Full access to Thursday Association Programs
  • Complete multi-lingual company listing in the Mission Program Guide

Exhibit space is limited and will be available on a first-come / first-served basis. The registration link includes a floor plan showing the space and showroom layout for exhibitors.

Each company participant fee of $495 includes:

  • All meals during the event including the Thursday night Welcome Event at the Roundhouse Lodge and the Friday evening Networking Dinner Event.

Spousal Program available at $145 for each Evening event.
