Every premanufactured home or cottage package is designed and built to exacting quality standards including key elements for the structural shell of your home and exterior finishes. You can choose from a selection of Winton home plans and have our in-house design team modify these plans or you can start from scratch and create your own unique living space. If you’re in the market to build, our best piece of advice is to start EARLY. The process can typically take anywhere from 3 months to a year, depending on the complexity of your project, building permit timelines and the availability of contractors.
