Cancelation policy:

To secure your booth space, a deposit is required by November 15, 2024.

  • Refundable Period: Your deposit is fully refundable until December 15, 2024.
  • Full Payment is due by December 15, 2024
  • Cancellation Notice: Cancellations made after December 31, 2025 are non-refundable.
