As usual, we will offer the first opportunity and space allocation to last year’s participating companies, before we open it up to new manufacturers and suppliers. If you are new to the GBM experience, please contact us at email@example.com to get listed at the head of the line for the best available booth space for the live 2022 GBM. You will be notified June 1st.
For returning 2021 participating companies, you will be asked if you want to stay in your previous physical space from the last live event in 2019 or move to a new one that has come available. We will do everything possible to ensure you are happy with your space allocation! As you know, booth space selection is based on a first come-first served basis so register early to get that special space!
When the new registration site is open, we will let you know so you can register for your booth space and your booth personnel. We will also have a link so you can register your spouses/guests.
2022 EXHIBITOR FEES
BC Wood, WRCLA, CSSB or other British Columbia Based Wood Products Association Member:
10’x10′ or 10’x8′ Booth space – $ 1,850
Outside BC Canadian Wood Products Association Member (AFPA, STEP, QWEB, etc.):
10’x10′ or 10’x8′ Booth space – $ 2,475
10’x10′ or 10’x8′ Booth space – $ 3,325
Exhibit Registration includes all the basics you need:
- Basic electrical, pipe & drape, covered table & 2 chairs, carpet & Wi-Fi
- Full access to Wednesday Association Programs
- Complete multi-lingual company listing in the Mission Program Guide
- Exhibit space is limited and will be available on a first-come / first-served basis. The registration link will include a floor plan showing the space and showroom layout for exhibitors.
Exhibitor participant fee – $495 pp and includes:
All meals during the event including the Thursday night Welcome Event at the Roundhouse Lodge; full buffet breakfast and coffee break Friday morning; lunch on the showroom floor; the Friday evening Networking Dinner Event and breakfast to go Saturday morning.
Spousal Program: $140 per person for each evening event
