Concepts and designs are very important in today’s condo market. Kitchens are smaller than ever and they still need to be workable. Computer generated drawings have changed over the years, there is awareness of the building codes in the area being built, and there is the environment awareness – using materials safe for the environment. Likewise, kitchens for the multi-family market have changed and have specific differences with single-family kitchens, including options, styles, colors, and price. Furthermore, the latest advancements in Architectural veneers and laminates can bring a different look to your design.

For Specifiers and Architects there are many positive processes working directly with the cabinet manufacturers. The right usage of standard cabinets in projects keeps prices down. Some cabinet manufacturers have a design and engineering team on staff that will re-design a cabinet; help determine products that meet scope of work; and manage to reduce costs by suggesting comparable materials – such case studies will also be discussed in this session.

This session will be presented by an industry professional from Sunrise Kitchens
